- Cookie Freshness Policy - Our Cookies
contain no added preservatives. For maximum taste and freshness we recommend
you simply, open eat and repeat! Of course, you may freeze it for up to 3
months.

Contain Wheat, Nuts, Eggs,and Milk Products - Please read each ingredient list
carefully.
- Order Processing Information -
SweetTreatGreetings.com ships orders Monday through Friday, except on
Postal holidays. Order cutoff is 10:00 p.m. (pst) the evening prior to
shipping. Custom Bulk orders (10 or more using the same cover image) may
require more lead time depending on customer needs. Contact
sales@sweettreatgreetings.com
if you have questions regarding a bulk order.
- Shipping Information -
SweetTreatGreetings.com ships to the continental United States, Alaska
and Hawaii. Cookie Greeting orders are sent via U.S. Postal Service, First
Class Mail. Please allow 1-5 full days for shipping depending on the distance
from the East Coast. *Remember to take into account our shipping schedule under
"Order Processing Information". Cost of shipping and handling is included in
the price of the cookie, unless it is being shipped internationally, or it is
specified to be a "rush" delivery.
- Payment Method - We accept
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover or Paypal. Your credit card
information is not transmitted to us, but directly through our merchant
services.
- Sales Tax - Sweet Treat Greetings,
LLC is a New Hampshire based company. New Hampshire does not collect a sales
tax.
- Return Policy - Sweet Treat Greetings
are custom made upon order and are perishable food therefore they are unable to
be rerturned. Sweet Treat Greetings, LLC will be happy to replace an item in
the unlikely event that it is damaged or lost in transit. Sweet Treat
Greetings, LLC is not responsible for undeliverable Cookie Greetings as a
result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a
recipient to receive the package. Shipping/handling charges are not
refundable.
- Upon notification by us that a Cookie Greeting has been
returned due to an incorrect address, or the recipient has moved and mail was
not forwarded, or any such basis outside our control, the Customer may elect to
have us resend the Cookie Greeting to a corrected address, with a fresh cookie,
for an additional charge.
